Point Oprativ at your folders, drives and documents and it builds a private brain: your customers, your prices, your quotes, your history, structured so every employee starts already knowing your business. Ask it anything and it answers from your own records, with the sources to show where it looked.
It is local-first: the brain lives in files on your own computer (or your own private hosted space), not in a shared cloud. We designed the company so we can't read your business content — our servers handle only accounts, licences and payments. Your data is never used to train anyone else's AI.

Claims are checked against your own records, so what it tells you is grounded in your data, with the sources to show where it looked.

Out of the box, Oprativ works with your files, folders and documents. Live connections to email, accounting and chat arrive through launch over MCP, the open standard for connecting AI to tools — so a growing ecosystem plugs in without lock-in. Connections are always opt-in, you choose what Oprativ can see, and every connected action still passes the same approval gate.
Local-first
Runs on your machine. Even offline.
Oprativ runs on your own computer, and it can run fully offline with a local model, which sends nothing anywhere. A hosted option — where it keeps working after you close the laptop — arrives through launch; founding access is the desktop app, everything on your own machine. Full-disk encryption is required before it will handle real customer data.
